Requirements:

• University Degree - Bachelor in Management, Business Administration or other disciplines, or with other equivalent qualifications
• 5 years or above practical experience in well-established firms
• Rich knowledge of administration and HR functions
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese including speaking Putonghua fluently is essential
• Able to assist the Top Management of the Company in all-round business and administration duties

Areas of Responsibility

• To assistant the Directors of the Company in a variety of managerial functions, planning and execution duties
• To be in charge of office administration with good interpersonal communications skills
• Able to help take up other added jobs such as to oversee the operation / progress in accounting and sales & marketing functions is an asset
• To liaise with BioZone Headquarters in the USA on various managerial and technical matters for problem solving and operations reporting process
• To assist in all aspects of ad hoc matters
