Receptionist / Admin Assistant 

Agency Office (5 days work)
Monthly Salary: ($12,000 - $15,000)

Immediate available would be highly preferred
 
 
Result Areas

Delivering professional and excellent customer services at the reception area 
Greeting visitors and guests 
Excellent telephone manner
Handling courier documents and enquiries at front desk and by phone
Upkeeping cleanliness of front-of-house conference rooms and providing logistics support to meetings
Providing internal administrative supports as assigned by supervisor

Experience & Qualifications

F.5 graduate or above
At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in a sizable company
Experience in insurance company is a definite advantage


Knowledge/Skills

Mature and pleasant personalities

Polite, detailed-minded, well-organized and an excellent team player

Pro-active, responsible and willing to learn
Able to work independently
Responsible, customer focus & attentive to details
Good telephone manner & communication skills
Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is necessary
PC literate 

AD hoc duties as assigned
