The Role & Responsibilities:

• Define and develop logistics project to meet new business requirements and ensure successful implementation of logistics projects
• Act as a Project Manager to drive the planning and implementation of logistics projects in the region and a Subject Matter Expert for providing practical and cost-effective end-to-end solution.
• Review existing operations and drive improvement initiatives to enhance operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer among different stakeholders, including 3PL management, operations, IT Development, local, logistics service providers
• Manage and strengthen partnerships with logistics service providers to develop a shared understanding of what needs to be delivered
• Develop measurable and sustainable performance monitoring strategies and solutions
  
  

Qualification and Skills

To qualify, the successful candidate should possess:

• Degree holder, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Logistics, Operations Research or Project Management related discipline
• Minimum 8 years working experience in airline, transportation or logistics industry with at least 5 years in managerial level
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Logistics Project Manager
  
• Solid understanding of project management with proven successful experience in managing multiple logistics projects
• Previous working experience as process designer and project manager is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with diversified functional and local teams
• Fluent English; proficient in Mandarin is highly preferred
