Responsibilities 

• handling full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations
• handling changeover/enhancement of HRIS
• reviewing and managing compensation and benefits, performance management systems and company policies
• developing talent management and retention program
• ensuring compliance with employment-related ordinances and regulations

Requirements

• relevant degree with over 15 years human resources management experience in sizable organizations of which at least 8 years at managerial level
• solid experience in recruitment, HRIS, compensation and benefits, and performance management
• well versed in employment-related ordinances and regulations
• good exposure and experience in HRIS system review/upgrade/migration
• mature, analytical, numeric, comprehensive and a team player
• good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
• able to meet tight deadlines and handle multi-tasks with quality outputs
• highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) and Putonghua preferred
