Responsibilities:

• To organize and monitor training programs and related events in promoting mediation including but not limited to pre-event, onsite, post-event management
• To provide secretarial support to committees such as preparation of meetings and drafting minutes
• To handle and supervise daily office administrative functions
• To draft proposals, press releases, speeches and promotional materials
• To communicate with government agencies, related organizations, etc.
• To undertake ad hoc projects and other duties as required

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience  
• Proficient in writing letters, speeches, reports, minutes in Chinese and English
• Proficient in speaking fluently in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective independent thinker and problem solver
• Multi-tasking and good at work under pressure
• High standard of integrity
• A good knowledge of and familiarity with mediation and/or legal system of HKSAR will be an advantage
