Our client is a listed financial institution with small office operation.

 Responsibilities

• Perform all rounded HR functions including recruitment, training and development, employee relations and performance management to support company’s growth plans and business operation
• Being a business partner, communicate with business leaders directly to understand the recruitment needs and meet the requirement
• Identify effective recruitment channels and selection criteria to improve hiring efficiency
• Provide daily HR support to ensure the business needs are properly and timely met.
• Monitor and evaluate HR practises in the field and make recommendations for improvement or modification
• Handle ad hoc projects or initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in full spectrum of HR functions, with experiences in financial institution (securities firm or investment companies)
• With strong understanding in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR practices
• Excellent communication skills, detail-minded, well-organized and a team leader with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
• Candidates with less experiences would be considered as AVP, Human Resources
