Knowledge & Experience

-A Hong Kong university bachelor degree Or equivalent

- Fluent in spoken Cantonese;

- Good Written Chinese and English;

- High proficiency in using email, internet and computer applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing (changjie Or quick input method)

-Goodtime management, organizational communication and interpersonal skills,

- At least three years administrative working experience;

- Preferably with knowledge/ working background in arts and culture;

- Preferably with good knowledge in the application of MS Access and Photoshop software

Responsibilities

-To assist in processing and preparing briefs for applications to the Department;

-To assist in preparing correspondences, briefs for press interviews, discussion papers and minutes for the Committees of the Department;

-To carry out relevant statistical/ research work and drafting reports for the Department, and

-To assist in monitoring the progress and assess the effectiveness of the Department subvented projects.
