Phaidon International is a global recruitment consultancy, established in our CEO’s bedroom in London in 2004. We have grown at a rate of 34% globally year on year to our present day where we stand at a current headcount of 500+ recruiters working from London, New York, Boston, San Francisco, Singapore, Hong Kong, Zurich, Dallas, and Chicago.

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive candidate to join us as an Executive Recruiter in our head office in the heart of Hong Kong with stunning city views.

What does a Recruiter do?

• Proactively interact and maintain great relationships with top financial institutions in Asia Pacific
• You will act as a specialist recruiter to understand the client's needs in terms of Best Talent
• Being knowledgeable with regards to current market conditions and being aware of organizations that are looking to hire with big support of experienced manager
• Working efficiently and effectively on daily basis in order to become rich and successful!

• Can speak multiple languages (Cantonese & Mandarin is big Plus)
