The client is a respected global financial group, is now seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Policy Administration (Operational Excellence) - Insurance to join their growing team in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee incoming Policy Administration Processing Operations
• Establish, review and implement processing operation workflow and guidelines
• In-charge the policy admin services of GI Commercial Lines (e.g. Property, Marine, Liability & Financial Lines)
• Ensure  amendments , alternations or  other  transactions  requested by clients are  processed  in  accordance  with  relevant  procedures  and  regulatory requirements
• Act as a team leader for supervising and coaching subordinates
• Manage the communications with service providers, banks or other external counter parties 
• Enhance operational efficiency by working with relevant internal stakeholders through process streamlining and improvement
• Provide assistance to senior management in day-to-day operations of the department

Requirements:

• Degree  holder  with  minimum  7  years  of  supervisory  and  operations  experience, preferably in the Insurance industry
• Solid experience with Insurance Operations
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
