To cope with the fast growing market needs, we are currently looking to appoint an experienced Production Clerk to assume responsibility for maintaining the running of the workshop.

The Job

• Weekly stock take & ingredients consumption report
• Maintain filing system of the department
• Assist in preparation of production documents
• Provide administrative support to the workshop
• Maintaining the running of the Workshop
• Setup, maintain and update Office database system and filing system accurately and effectively
• Manage staff attendance record and leave application
• Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned

 The Person

• Diploma or University graduate
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
• Proactive, organized, responsible, detail-oriented, fast-learning and can work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word
