Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in both personal matter and business activities
• Manage and organise daily schedules, business appointments and travel arrangement
• To prepare business correspondence, market research, business analysis,reports and presentation
• Liaise with internal and external parties proactively and independently
• Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Fashion, Business Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Fashion Retail
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Strong communication skill and excellent command of English and Chinese
• Proactive and meticulous with a sound analytical mind
• Detail-oriented, well organised and energetic
• Able to work efficiently and independently
