Our client is a well established food manufacturer with worldwide presence. They are seeking for a high caliber to join the HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Human Resources Manager, responsible for talent sourcing and selection, talent management, performance management and development for back office and production unit.
• Develop specification on job scope for external parties and internal management review.
• Analyze business demand and perform manpower planning as necessary. Develop HR strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage process of organization development to address issues such as succession planning.
• Support other HR project as required.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Solid experience in recruitment.
• Flexible, diligent, hard-working, can-do attitude.
