職責  

• 配合部門總經理推動國內人事各項重點工作的開展 (包括招聘、培訓、薪酬、績效評估、預算控管等) ；
• 推動及落實各重點職位招聘進度，優化招聘管道和程序，引進合適人才；
• 各項人事政策、獎金制度的更新和完善；
• 根據公司現行人力配置，制定培訓計劃、課題等工作；
• 各項制度的審視和修訂、優化效益、風險控管；
• 獨立統籌人事相關項目性工作。

要求 

• 大學或以上學歷，人力資源、管理或相關專業；
• 6年以上人事及行政團隊管理經驗，具國內人事經驗者優先。
• 熟悉招聘、培訓、薪酬管理等各項人力資源工作職能，擅長數據管理；
• 良好的中英文聽說讀寫能力，普通話流利；
• 責任心強、良好人際關係與溝通技巧、積極進取，能適應出差安排。

Responsibilities:

• Direct report to the General Manager of Group HR & Admin Department
• Oversee the direction of company’s HR functions including recruitment, training compensation and benefits, performance management and budget control
• Review the organization structures and supervise the key posts recruitment in branch offices closely
• Develop, implement, execute and review HR policies
• Organize and co-ordinate Ad Hoc projects when require

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or other Business Administration related disciplines
• At least 6 years experience within a leadership HR position. Hands-on working experience in PRC is highly preferred
• Familiar with the labour law is required (HK & PRC)
• Excellent leadership, people management skills and coaching skills
• Responsible, proactive and willing to travel when required
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a prerequisite
