Responsibilities: 

• Full HR functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, training programs, orientation, performance management and employee relations

• Take up other HR functions, ad-hoc projects and related duties when required

Requirements: 

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in HR functions in supervisory level with hands-on experience in handling payroll, compensation & benefit and recruitment and selection etc.
• Relevant working experience in hotels or hospitality industry is highly preferred
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, legislation and related regulations
• Experience in using MRC HR system is a definite advantage
• Excellent in interpersonal skills and communications skills with all level of staff
• Positive, self-motivated, independent and strategic thinking
• Detail-minded, responsible and well-organized
• Good command of both oral & written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
