Responsibilities:

• Support talent acquisition and manage full employee life-cycle activities ranging from on-boarding, employee engagement and development to off-boarding
• Responsible for payroll administration process including MPF and income tax
• Drive the implementation and continuous development of new HRIS
• Oversee HR operational matters for designated units in PRC
• Assist in preparation and execution of manpower plans
• Assist in preparing personnel-related reports and analysis for management review
• Develop, implement and refine HR policies, procedures and systems to enhance efficiency of the team and support business growth
• Provide support to ad hoc HR initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• 6-8 years’ relevant experiences in the HR field, preferably with hands-on experience of HRIS implementation; exposure obtained from creative industry would be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Team player equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, well-organized, proactive in problem-solving and equipped with good time management skills
• Proficient with MS Office software applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Candidate with more experience might be considered as Human Resources Manager
