Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration support to Sales Manager and sales team
  • Handle business correspondences, reports, filing system and confidential documents in professional manner
  • Follow up orders, coordinate and work closely with factory and customers.
  • To strengthen business relationship with existing customer and new customers.
  • Control the supply chain from the initial order to the customer delivery.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, and expatriates enquiries


Requirement:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Loyalty, proactive, self-motivated with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to travel to SZ factory as needed
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
