Job Description
J.M.Partner is a fast glowing professional recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of information technology, finance, accounting, advertising position.
The role
- Responsible for candidate search, selection by wide range of media,networking, headhunting and referrals.
- Work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Drafting Job advertisment
- Shortlist and conduct interview with potential candidates
- Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years working experience in recruitment consultant or business development role
- Recruitment experience in Information Technology /Accounting Industry is a plus
