Our client is a globally renowned luxury retailer. Due to the significant business growth, they are now looking for a HR Officer to support the regional team.
Key job duties
Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Director, you will take lead in the end-to-end recruitment for both front line and back office across all levels. You will be responsible for managing HR data in the Talent Acquisition system. You will work very closely with Regional HR Business Partners in talent management processes. You will support the coordination of employee training programs. You will liaise with C&B team on performance management. You will take lead in driving employee engagement programs. You will participate in ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
You should have a Bachelor Degree in HR Management or any equivalent disciplines. You should have a minimum of 5 years HR experience gained from MNC's. You should have strong experience in Recruitment. You should possess HRIS system experience. You should be very hands-on, independent, detail-oriented, outgoing, well organised, mature & possess great interpersonal skills. You should be fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
