The Role

• Directly report to the Managing Director and Directors
• Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the MD and Directors including personal affairs
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication
• Maintain neat and tidy records of the corporate database and handle details of highly confidential nature
• Make lunch/ dinner bookings, manage day-to-day schedule
• Arrange travel schedule, hotel reservations and visa application
• Manage house, domestic helpers, drivers
• Provide administrative support on staffing
• Arrange events for both personal and business functions
• Handle all incoming telephone calls and/or take messages to proper individuals
• Arrange incoming and outgoing courier and mails
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned by MD and Directors

Requirements:

• University graduate in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid PA experience in supporting senior executives or management level
• Completely trustworthy in handling confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, work under pressure and overtime
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent PC skills on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
