They are currently seeking for Secretary mainly responsible to support their top senior management. The client is looking for secretary with strong language skills, intelligent and quick thinker. This company offers great remuneration package and stable working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
• Handle correspondences, business reports, presentations, proposals and other professional documents as required
• Take minutes during meetings
• Prepare Power Point presentations
• Make expenses claims and travel arrangement
• Travel with senior management team
• Other administrative work as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of secretarial experience
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
• Great personality with a pleasant character and a can-do attitude
• Detail oriented, open minded, proactive and an excellent team player
• Heavy scheduling management
• Travelling and flexible working hours are required

HKD 25,000 - 30,000 with excellent remuneration package
