Our client, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as HR Assistant Manager / Manager – Japanese Speaking  

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including, recruitment, trading and development, compensation and benefit and performance management etc.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Assist in supervise the HR teams and other subordinates to ensure consistency of practices
• Liaise and work closely with other department on manpower matters and provide a profession advises.
• Ad hoc project

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese
• At least 5 -7 years HR all around experience with 2-3 supervisory experience
• Proactive, well organized and excellent communication skills

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
