The incumbent is responsible for providing an effective and efficient administration service to clients and Consultants, while participating in achieving team objectives and KPIs; As well as adhering to internal rules and corporate audit requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in the processing of policy alternations & financial transactions
• Handle daily operational reports for policy administration
• Supervise subordinates on their daily processing work
• Attend meeting and training days as required
• Perform User Acceptance Test for system efficiency enhancement and other improvement projects
• Lead or participate in projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in policy service operation or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese typing
