Key Responsibilities

• Transform and re-engineer the existing life insurance operations
• Lead a team of operational and digital professionals to manage the day-to-day operations
• Initialize and manage strategic programmes for optimal efficiency  
• Ensure operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• Strong relevant digital operations and project experience in multinational insurance groups   
• Innovative game changer with good business acumen
• Proven project leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience
• Good command in English
