Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to regional sales team
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly expense report for regional sales team
• Handle travel arrangements for regional team members
• Maintain all office-related files and records
• Coordination work with internal departments
• Perform general secretarial work

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Administration or other related disciplines. Matriculated or above with secretarial training will also be considered
• 3-4 years relevant experience in sales department
• Highly organised, initiative, disciplined and independent
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 
• Good PC skills in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Administrative Officer
