Job Description:

• Ensure crew’s training certificates, travel documents and related documents are valid.
• Maintain records and coordinate of crew incident (sickness and injury)
• Maintain records and follow up timely action on crew allotments, payment to agents and crew related expenses.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Department Head.  

Requirement:

• At least 1 year experience in global container transportation / logistics or shipping industry or shipping related industry;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Good communication skill in English is a must;
• Dynamic and able to work under pressure with excellent time management skills;
• Sound PC Knowledge, especially with MS Office;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
