Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing meetings, events and feasts
- Organize appointments and meetings for management
- Provide professional concierge services
- Greet and welcome guests in friendly and professional manner
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through the guest reception process
- Assist in office administration work as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in related discipline
- Cheerful, energetic and presentable with pleasant personality
- Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience and relevant experience in guest relations
- Excellent communication , interpersonal and organizational skills
- High language proficiency in Chinese, fluency in Putonghua and Cantonese
