Assist department head to develop and implement strategic recruitment plan to achieve company target.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading the Recruitment team to implement the strategic recruitment plan, which include companywide recruitment event, incentive and recognition program
- Manage agency relations and train up agency leaders to develop and implement their recruitment plan
- Provide mentoring and coaching subordinate by organizing 1 to 1 meeting regularly
- Regular review agency performance which include rookies’s retention ratio, recruiter’s active ratio and initiate corrective measures in case of discrepancy to ensure performance on the right track
- Manage expenses within approved budget
- Monitor the daily operation and review the work procedure to ensure operation efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder of any disciplines
- 8 years of relevant experience in insurance related aspects, minimum 2 years in supervisory position
- Experience in event management and organizing large scale event
- Good knowledge in agency compensation and financial package
- Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed mind and the ability to handle uncertainty
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Strong leadership and presentation skills
- Good understanding of agency operation and agency culture
- Experience in agency training / sales training is preferred
- Familiar with sales practices and agency management
- Familiar with industry regulatory and compliance
- Computer skill of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.
