Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shipment and order follow up
• Handle full set I/E documents independently
• To open and issue LC documents
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and forwarder/logistic service providers to ensure daily logistic operations in timely and accurate schedule

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with full certificate
• Able to handle full set of shipping documents, including I/E & L/C and banking documents
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience with trading firm
• Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of commitment and hardworking
• Good command of written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with PC operations (MS office, Chinese word processing, Photoshop, AI, etc.)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
