Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

• Assist the team to handle daily administration duties, including but not limited to equipment and office supplies purchase and replenishment, premises facilities maintenance, security system administration, travel arrangement, cleaning services support, general insurance renewal both at office and store levels
• Take charge of courier activities and mailroom dispatch and arrangement
• In charge of meeting rooms booking, maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a neat and tidy fashion
• Provide excellent customer service standard in handling all in-coming telephone calls.
• Manage stationary and pantry supplies, including regular stock-take for office consumables
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder with hands on experience in administration / reception work is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and communicate well with all levels of staff
• Responsible and attentive to details, mature and well-organized
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
