Job Posting Details

Reporting to the Assistant Director of the UG Recruitment & Admissions Team, the appointee will assist in all matters pertaining to admission of both local and international students, including supervision of the admission process; student screening and selection; co-ordinating outreach programs for secondary school students; maintenance of admission databases; conducting admission talks and carrying out promotion activities of the undergraduate programs. The appointee may need to work outside normal office hours. Occasional Mainland/overseas travels during admission season are expected.

Applicants should have a good honors degree with at least 7 years of post-qualification work experience; and excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua). They should be meticulous and attentive to details, as well as a self-starter and demonstrable team player with a good sense of judgement and an outgoing personality. Good computer literacy with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis know-how is highly desirable. Knowledge of local and international schools and examination systems is a definite advantage. Applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
