Job Description
Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
- Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
- Organise business appointments, daily agendas, travel and accommodation itineraries
- Prioritize and follow up incoming issues and concerns addressed to Senior Management
- Manage meetings and projects, preparations of agendas and actionable follow-ups
- Coordinate projects with different departments and ensure smooth operation and the meeting of deadlines
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Experience / Qualification Requirements
- University graduate with at least 8-10 years of secretarial experience in supporting senior management within sizable companies or MNC matrix structure organization.
- Good interpersonal skills and communicate well with all levels of staff
- Responsible and attentive to details, mature and well-organized
- Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
