Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact point with business units to provide one-stop human resources solutions to our frontline operations
• Provide daily C&B support to HK & Macau offices and retail team including but not limited to payroll, employee attendance & leave management, annual salary review, tax reporting, retirement schemes and bonus/incentive schemes, staff cost budget, benefits management, compensation proposals, etc.
• Work closely with overseas HR team to review existing policies and procedures and ensure all HK and Macau practices are complied with labor law and aligned across the markets
• Manage HRIS system data maintenance and update
• Assist in work injury cases, staff disciplinary issues and labor dispute cases
• Participate in staff relations and retention programs
• Participate in HR adhoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• University graduates in Human Resources Management or Business related discipline
• 3 years or above solid HR / payroll experience in sizable / retail company
• Multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good numerical sense and proficient in both English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Macau Labor Ordinance and or in using HRIS (i.e. Cityray) will be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
