Job Description
Reporting to the Systems & Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining staff records, preparing regular reports and providing other administrative support, and also assist in payroll processing.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Post-Secondary or above with at least 3 years’ working experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word-processing
- Fast & accurate typing in both English and Chinese
- Well-organized and being attentive to details
- Able to complete assigned tasks under tight timeline
