This role, based in our admiralty office, is to support daily HR operations for our offices including HK, US, Macau and PRC factories.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation, implementation and review of employment policies, conditions and procedures
• Work in partnership with business managers, understand their needs and provide appropriate human resources advices / support proactively
• Manage payroll, benefit and compensation administration, performance management
• Assist in hiring, staff attendance record and other employment related records and data
• To liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters, and occasionally, assist on coordination with vendors for comparison of benefits, plans and other necessary items
• Participate in HRIS Implementation and other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

•  University Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Approximately 3 – 5 years working experience in the similar
• Familiarity with HK Employment Ordinance, PRC and/or Macau Labour Laws a plus
• Well-organized, analytical and good team player
• Proficiency in speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Occasional travel within Guangdong province or to Macau may be required
