Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Human Resources to set up and review HR policies and procedure
• Participate in staff cost & headcount 5-year planning and budget
• Responsible to prepare HR regular and ad hoc report when request
• Handle payroll calculation and staff benefits issue
• Support the Head of Human Resources to complete annual salary review and bonus planning and distribution, salaries tax, employees’ compensation
• Perform working visa and expatriate staff’s benefit affairs
• Coordinate and communicate with oversea regional HR teams
• Participate in HR special project
• Assist in performance appraisal assessment and training programs
• Other ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in HR or related discipline
• At least 5 years experience preferable with experience working in Chinese companies
• Good analysis, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel is a must
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both in writing and spoken
• Immediate available is preferable
