Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all spectrum human resources functions including payroll, recruitment & selection, on & off-boarding procedure, compensation & benefit administration, performance management, salary tax filing, training & development, MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner, etc.
• Oversee and formulate HR strategies with providing professional advice to the management
• Handling tenancy agreement and visa application for expatriate
• Prepare ISO and AEO document for auditing
• Manage and overview all kind of company insurance
• Compile regular HR periodical report
• Monitor administration team and organize employee relations program
• Liaison with vendor for administration expenses control and review
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in related discipline
• At least 5 years relevant experience in HRM with 2 years supervisory level, preferably in logistics/freight forwarding industry
• Familiar with Hong Kong employment Ordinance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, independent, flexible, responsible and well-organized
• Experience in handling expatriate mobility
• Knowledge in handling ISO and AEO accreditation
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
• Immediate available is preferred
