We are located in Kwun Tong and are currently looking for a HOTLINE Customer Service Representative to join our handpiece / equipment repair team. The job duties will focus on the following main areas:

• Deal directly with customers repair services either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer repair inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer product & repair complaints
• Maintain repair / installation service working schedules
• Support the Sales team for order processing, quotations and other paper works
• Perform administrative functions and invoicing
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Support tele-sales including equipment check-up & warranty renewal
• Handle Ac hoc works

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with the following attributes:

• A minimum of 2-year admin and hotline customer service experience
• Independent and demonstrates initiative, good communication, and problem solving skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and also strong desire to provide high quality customer service
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office and good computer skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
