Job Responsibilities

• Sharing workload of call centre operation especially in the peak season
• Handling customers' telephone or e-mail enquiries
• Support data entry and provide clerical support
• Adhoc services if required

Job Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• At least 1 year working experience in customer service or call central
• Good in both English and Chinese
• Effective interpersonal skill in customer relationship with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
• Basic computer application skills and Chinese Word Processing (30 wpm)
• Work location : Yau Tong
