Responsibilities:

 

• Type medical report
• Handle day to day Departmental administrative work
• Handle phone and email enquiries from Clients
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely and quality services to clients 
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

• F.5 or above
• 1-2 years working experience
• Healthcare experience is a definite advantage
• Fast and accurate Chinese & English typing with speed
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
