職責 Responsibilities

• 協助治療師 Assist therapist(s)
• 接待、登記、預約及處理查詢 Receptions, registrations, appointments and handle enquiries
• 存貨監控  Stock control
• 文書及雜務 Clerical and administrative support

條件 Requirements 

• HKDSE/HKCEE或以上、歡迎應屆畢業生 HKDSE/HKCEE or above; fresh graduate will also be considered
• 良好中英文讀寫能力 Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• 熟悉一般電腦操作(包括Word、Excel) Hands-on PC knowledge incl. Word and Excel
• 有禮、主動、成熟、有條理、能獨立工作並同時處理多項事務 Polite, proactive, mature, well-organized, independent and multitasking
• 兩年或以上物理治療診所及處理醫療咭經驗者優先 Preference will be given to those with 2 years’ experience (or above) gained in physiotherapy clinic and knowledge in handling medical card

待遇 Remuneration package

• 5天半工作、星期日及公眾假期休息 5.5-day week; Bank holidays

• 在職培訓 On-the-job training
• 全職或兼職均可。兼職工作時間面議。Flexible working hours for Part-time position.
