Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To perform receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, greeting clients & visitors
  • Assist in administration of the day-to-day operation
  • Handle travel arrangements, e.g. flight ticket and hotel reservations
  • Provide clerical support to staffs in the office
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or Diploma holder
  • 1-3 years’ reception or office administration experience
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Mature, pleasant, polite, cheerful and presentable, with strong communication and inter personal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight schedule
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
