Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To perform receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, greeting clients & visitors
- Assist in administration of the day-to-day operation
- Handle travel arrangements, e.g. flight ticket and hotel reservations
- Provide clerical support to staffs in the office
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 or Diploma holder
- 1-3 years’ reception or office administration experience
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Mature, pleasant, polite, cheerful and presentable, with strong communication and inter personal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight schedule
- Immediate available is highly preferred
