Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of a professional and proactive HR services including payroll management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee relations and training & development
- Formulate, implement and review HR and administrative procedures and policies
- Ensure legal compliance of human resources policies and practices
- Provide support in orders of quotation preparation and administration duties.
- Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required
Requirements:
- University graduate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- At least 8-10 years relevant experience in HR and Admin with at least 3-5 years supervisory level
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation of HK and Macau is preferred
- Well-organized, self-motivated with great initiative;
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
