Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of a professional and proactive HR services including payroll management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee relations and training & development
  • Formulate, implement and review HR and administrative procedures and policies
  • Ensure legal compliance of human resources policies and practices
  • Provide support in orders of quotation preparation and administration duties.
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 8-10 years  relevant experience in HR and Admin with at least 3-5 years supervisory level
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation of HK and Macau is preferred
  • Well-organized, self-motivated with great initiative;
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
