Job Description

We are looking for a HRBP to work closely with the CTO-REA Asia and the leadership teams of IT to help maintain a fair, equitable and positive work environment by creating job satisfaction, employee endamgement, efficiency and effectiveness at the work place.

He/ she will be the single point of contact for employees and managers in the IT Dept. , implement HR initiatives to drive engagement and instil a culture of high performance in a changing business environment.

To succeed in this role, the preferred candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR. Well versed in Hong Kong's Labor Laws. Excellent in spoken English.

Candidates from IT industry or with experience working closely with the IT Dept. are highly preferred.
