Job Description

Our client is a Hong Kong listed group of companies with diversified business in the field of E&M Engineering, Products and IT infrastructure. They are serving customers around Hong Kong, Macau and China through continuous technology innovation, investment, and partnership with industry leaders. To cope with the continuous growth, the company is now looking for a high calibre talent to join.

Reporting to the CEO and Senior Management, the Head of Human Resources will perform strategic business partner functions to the Business Units to cope with the continuous growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a change agent to initiate, formulate and implement strategic Human Resources (HR) practices into the business;
  • Provide strategic advice to the Head of Business Units (BU) for all HR matters and act as a business partner to achieve short and long-term objectives;
  • Provide full range of HR services to BU, including recruitment and selection, HR policy formulating and review, compensation and benefits formulating, staff retention, staff relations, salary review exercise, staff disciplinary, staff performance management, staff training and development;
  • Responsible for internal and external communication, respond to internal and external stakeholders for HR enquiries while acting as a trusted HR business partner;
  • Build Employer Branding through campus recruitment, career fair or magazine editorial;
  • Prepare and present HR management reports / proposals for senior management’s review;
  • Participate in development of Group-wide HR initiatives and other HR servicing related projects when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 10 years all round HR Generalist experience with 5 years at managerial level gained in sizable organizations, exposure in engineering industry is an advantage;
  • Detail minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills, people management and influencing skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking with good numerical sense;
  • Enthusiastic, excellent leadership and project management skills;
  • Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Good computer skill in Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing;
  • Candidate with Macau / PRC exposures is an advantage.
