  • General office administration work
  • General supervision of Merchandising Management
  • Assist CEO in strategy implementation and Management
  • Recruitment & Organization: screen & liaise with applicants in line with strategy
  • Logistic and inventory management, invoicing and petty cash management
  • Work with Management to push sales targets; generate reports for KPI and sales
  • Financial Reports management
  • To maintain close contact with external Digital support
  • Able to review legal agreements & contracts and give points of view
  • Represent company in a social/business/business-development setting
  • Develop innovative ideas for the business in regards to operations management & efficiency
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary education, preference to graduates from Business Administration or other related disciplines is required.
  • Over 10 years’ experience in office administration and operation
  • Good computer skills, MS Office, MYOB.
  • Strong organizational skills and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Team achievement driven
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Well written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage.
