Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative supports to the Board/Committee/Senior Management Team
- Assist in Translation of documents
- Prepare correspondence and corporate reports independently
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Arts or Linguistics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Experience in translation an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Self initiative, responsible, good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available preferred
