Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sales Team:
To support the sales team in preparing quotations, sample boards; Answering customer enquiries; Prepare invoice; Provide other sales administrative support.
HR & Administrative:
- To be responsible for the overall maintenance of the office,
- Establish and ensure compliance to office rules and regulations.
- Liaising with vendors, contractors for office equipment, etc.
- Managing a team of admin assistants.
- Working closely with Senior Management to develop and implement office administrative systems/procedures.
- Organize/coordinate corporate events (team building, office parties, training, etc.).
- Handling renovation and relocation projects in the business
- Undertake additional responsibilities of an equivalent nature as may be required
Requirements
- Tertiary educated
- Pro-active and outgoing, self-initiative
- Good customer service skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Maintain good professional working relationship with internal/external parties
- Must be able to manage time, multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to deal with crisis situations
- Immediate available
