Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Officer supporting the regional merchandising in HK for the European based global cookware and kitchenware company well-known of their reputation as well as outstanding quality and design. The main responsibility is handling the full spectrum of administrative functions including office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration as well as provide support to the company, reporting to the HR Manager
- Arranging sample packing
- Supporting the office operations including stationery ordering, following up on maintence
Job Requirements:
- F.7 graduate or above
- Minimum 1 years of admin experience from B2B company
- Candidate from trading firm or buying office will be of top priority
- Organised, self-motivated and energetic
- Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
