Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and clerical support to management including but not limited to meeting and schedule arrangement, documents proofreading translating and filing
• Assist management in collecting data and conducting market research from variety of methods; study the feasibility of project
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and give suitable advice and improvement plans; establish detailed proposal and reports to management
• Assist and develop effective Digital Marketing Strategy with a focus on business project
• Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing technologies and trends

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration/ Project management / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Multimedia or other related disciplines
• 1 years or above relevant work experience
• Sensitive to numbers, good business sense, able to solve different business problems independently
• Detail oriented, disciplined and strong numerical and analytical skills
• Energetic, detail-mind, independent, self-confident and well organized
• Good command in written and spoken in English
• Proficient in using MS office, particularly in Excel, Chinese Word Processing is a “MUST”
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop is preferred
• Immediately available is highly preferred
  
  

Work Location: Kwun Tong

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
