Duties

• Provide full administrative supports in office
• Coordinate and liaise with different departments and/or external parties for audit activities
• Prepare various meeting minutes and performance reports as per schedule
• Assist standard and procedure reviews
• Administrate report updates in intranet and share folders
• Responsible for data maintenance and mailing/courier services for the Company
• Accomplish other ad-hoc tasks, projects or activities assigned by his/her supervisor

(This is a 1-year contract position. Contract will be renewed subject to satisfactory performance)

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with 4 years working experience in cargo industry (Candidates with higher qualification but less experience will also be considered)
• Good command of MS Office application
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Pleasant and mature personalities
• Shift duties required
• Immediately available preferred
• Fresh graduate will be considered
